Christoph Campestrini conductor (vienna)

Christoph Campestrini received his musical education in New York at the Juilliard School and at Yale University, majoring in philosophy and languages in addition to music. In 2016 he was appointed Kapellmeister at the prestigious Wiener Hofmusikkapelle, where he regularly conducts the Vienna Philharmonic, the Vienna Boys Choir, and the male choir of the Vienna State Opera. He is also music director of the Oper Klosterneuburg Festival in Vienna and the International Late Summer Music Festival Dubrovnik. Maestro Campestrini has appeared with 200 orchestras on all five continents, including the symphony orchestras of London, Berlin, Moscow, Mexico City, Houston, and Vancouver, as well as the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, and National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan.
