Recent seasons have featured a series of critically-acclaimed debuts including Vanessa, Arabella and Daphne for Santa Fe Opera, Helena (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) at The Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala and Los Angeles Opera, Clémence (L’amour de loin) and Countess (Le Nozze di Figaro) at Canadian Opera Company, Desdemona (Otello) for Vancouver Opera, and Donna Anna (Don Giovanni) at The Metropolitan Opera, Wiener Staatsoper, Bayerische Staatsoper and San Francisco Opera. Other key appearances have included Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Antonia (Les contes d’Hoffmann), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Konstanze (Die Entführung auf dem Serail) at Lyric Opera of Chicago. Most recently she has met with unparalleled acclaim as Massenet’s Thaïs, which she performed in concert version under Sir Andrew Davis at both the Edinburgh International Festival and with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, and for her first Ellen Orford in concert performances of Peter Grimes under Edward Gardner with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra.

This season Erin Wall sings Marguerite (Faust) with Lyric Opera of Chicago under Sir Andrew Davis and reprises her Arabella in Tim Albery’s production for the Canadian Opera Company under Patrick Lange. In concert, among others she joins both The Cleveland Orchestra and Franz Welser-Möst and Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and Kent Nagano for Beethoven’s Symphony No.9, Atlanta Symphony and Donald Runnicles for Verdi’s Messa da Requiem, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and Yannick Nézet-Séguin for Mahler’s Symphony No.8, and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Peter Oundjian for Brahms’ Ein Deutsches Requiem.

Wall's extensive discography includes Richard Strauss’ Vier letzte Lieder with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra/Sir Andrew Davis (MSO Live), Dvořák’s Stabat Mater with Bayerischer Rundfunk/Mariss Jansons (BR Klassik), as well as several recordings of Mahler’s Symphony No.8 (San Francisco Symphony/Michael Tilson-Thomas, Staatskapelle Berlin/Pierre Boulez) and Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 (Orchestre symphonique de Montréal/Kent Nagano and San Francisco Symphony/Michael Tilson-Thomas). On DVD, Erin Wall features on Britten’s War Requiem (City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra/Andris Nelsons) on Arthus and Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 (hr-sinfonieorchester/Paavo Järvi) on Unitel.
