2. EASY TICKET EXCHANGES-NEVER MISS A CONCERT! Tailor-made for the busiest of schedules! If you can't make a concert in your subscription series, you can exchange it for any concert in any subscription package (excludes Special Concerts). Exchanges must be done 24 hours before the date printed on the concert ticket being exchanged, and can be done by mail, in person, or over the telephone with VSO Customer Service. A ticket exchange fee of $2.00 per ticket will be applied, except for exchanges done in person.

3. ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AND SAVINGS! Subscribers receive a 15% discount on any additional single ticket purchases, including Special Concerts (restrictions may apply).

4. GUARANTEED PRIORITY SEATING! As a subscriber, you're always at the front of the line! You always get first choice of seating for single concerts and when you renew your subscription – and when you subscribe, you ensure your seats for all of the concerts in your series – meaning there is no danger of missing a concert you want to see because it sells out, or the seating you want is unavailable.

5. SYMPHONY BUCKS! You will receive Symphony Bucks with your subscription, which you can redeem toward any future single ticket purchase.

6. SYMPHONY CONNOISSEUR CARD! The more you buy, the more you save! The Symphony Connoisseur Card rewards each additional single ticket purchase-buy 5 tickets apart from your subscription, and the 6th ticket is ABSOLUTELY FREE! (excluding Special Concerts).
