Q: What time does the box office open before the concert?
A: Box offices at the Orpheum and Chan Centre open two hours prior to concert time – box offices at every other venue open 1 hour prior to concert time.

Q: Where and when do I pick-up my pre-ordered tickets before concert time?
A: Pre-ordered or Will Call tickets are available at the venue box office according to the timing mentioned above.

Q: How do I qualify for group/student/senior rates?
A: Group rates are available for 10 or more people. Students must be in full-time attendance at an educational institution, and in the case of post secondary students, must possess a valid current student card. Individuals must be 65 years of age to qualify for the senior's discount.

Q: Does a small baby require a ticket?
A: Babies 6 months and younger do not require a ticket, except at Tiny Tots concerts where everyone, regardless of age, requires a purchased ticket.

Q: Can I exchange tickets once I purchase them?
A: VSO Subscribers may exchange tickets with few restrictions – only Special Concerts may not be exchanged into, and of course price upgrades are in effect where applicable. Single ticket buyers may only exchange tickets where there are multiple performances of the same concert.
