A German Requiem+
The fourth concert of the SpringFest: War of the Romantics belongs to the Conservative camp, and the music of Brahms. Specifically, one of the greatest choral masterpieces ever written: A German Requiem. A true masterpiece, the Requiem holds a place amongst the great Requiems of Mozart, Verdi and Berlioz, and is a worthy adversary for the Progressive camp’s powerful, Romantic music.
