A Short, Slow Life is a meditation on love, devotion, and the fragility of time, featuring scenes from Bramwell Tovey’s latest opera. Written with Joel Ivany, it explores life in the slums of the East End, where The Salvation Army, led equally by men and women, struggles to make a positive impact on the lives of London's most disadvantaged.
