Charlotte Siegel

Bio
Charlotte Siegel is a soprano, singer-songwriter, and co-managing director of Toronto based non-profit the Marigold Music Program, which aims to close the accessibility gap between underrepresented youth and music education. She recently graduated from the Canadian Opera Company's Ensemble Studio. Her role highlights there included Musetta (La Bohème), Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), and Second Lady in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte. She looks forward to performing Anna (Nabucco) with the COC, another Musetta with Manitoba Opera and various concert engagements with The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Windsor Symphony this season. Recently she covered Tosca (Tosca), Aportia Spirit (Aportia Chyptch) for the COC, and Treemonisha cover (Treemonisha) for Volcano Theatre. Her concert work ranges from Beethoven’s 9th Symphony (Maison Symphonique) to Spirit Song Symphony (Chamber Orchestra without Borders, Winnipeg) by Dr. Shirley Thompson. She looks forward to participating in the 2025 Merola Opera Program in San Francisco this summer.
