Important Note

Please note that the second performance of this concert takes place on Sunday, at 2pm.

Tabea Zimmermann, the finest violist in the world today, leads the VSO in a concert of remembrance and hope.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, the orchestra members will perform on the Violins of Hope, instruments owned by Jewish families during the Holocaust that now carry their memory and voices into the future.

This concert is part of the Classical Traditions at the Chan Centre Series.
