The Snowman (2018)

Who knows about The Snowman? This year marks the 40th Anniversary of this Oscar-nominated, magical animation for children, told entirely through coloured pencil illustrations and beautiful music. The short film is loved by millions around the globe – even in countries where snow has never fallen.

On December 4, it will be screened as part of a family holiday concert in the magnificent Christ Church Cathedral, with the music performed LIVE by the VSO School of Music Sinfonietta Advanced String Ensemble, and guest soloists! Featuring VSO Concertmaster Nicholas Wright as narrator.
