Stradivarius Legacy Circle
The Stradivarius Legacy Circle has been created to recognize those visionary individuals who have made plans to leave a bequest or a planned gift to the Vancouver Symphony Foundation – people who understand the value and permanence of the VSO’s endowment fund to provide a stable future for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
The Vancouver Symphony Foundation will steward these gifts in perpetuity and disperse a portion of the annual earnings to the VSO to support the orchestra’s performances, education initiatives and ongoing recruitment of the very best musicians to our city – sustaining the legacy of exceptional symphonic music in our community for the next one hundred years and beyond.
Absolutely anyone can leave a legacy to the VSO.
Once you have discussed your intentions with your loved ones, a Legacy gift can be as simple as a bequest in your will. It can also take the form of a planned gift, such as an insurance policy, that has been discussed with your professional advisor and shared with the VSO. We will respect your privacy.
Legacy Gifts may include:
A bequest in your will
An insurance policy with the VSO as beneficiary or policy owner
A charitable gift annuity
A charitable remainder trust
Gifts of securities
Gifts of real estate
