About the Vancouver Pride Society

Vancouver Pride Society strives to produce inclusive, celebratory events, and advocacy for LGBTQAI2S+ communities through an intersectional lens.

This year, Pride in Vancouver is going to look different. Due to COVID-19, our events are virtual and will offer an opportunity to connect locally and globally through our online platforms. We also want to honour the anti-racism work that is happening around the world. VPS has committed to booking and paying as many Queer and Trans BIPOC artists and performers as possible, in order to uplift and centre these voices. Pride can’t be cancelled, just reimagined.
