Leyla Hoyle

Bio

Born in Lima Peru, Leyla moved to Los Angeles California at the age of 20 and started a very successful career as a studio singer and voice over artist. She has recorded background vocals for an impressive list of international stars, such as Gloria Estefan, Juan Gabriel, Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Julio Iglesias, and more. She has recorded for movies like Happy Feet, Ice Age 2, The Emperor’s New Groove, Nacho Libre, Along Came Polly, and Sea Biscuit. She also does vocal coaching in Spanish for Gwen Stefani, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Matthew Morrison from Glee. For several years Leyla has been a part of the Latin Grammy’s Person of the Year presentations. She sang background vocals for Mary J. Blige at the 2018 Oscars and that same year was the lead vocalist for the presentation of Inter Miami CF, David Beckham’s new Major League Soccer team. For years her voice was part of shows at San Diego SeaWorld and at Disney California Adventure Park. Being a strong believer in Christ, Leyla leads worship every Sunday at her church.
