How To Renew Your Subscription Online

If you subscribed to the pre-covid 19/20 season, you can now renew your same seats for the 22/23 season.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We recommend clicking the “Add to Cart” button on your subscription package only when you are ready to make a purchase. Once a subscription is added to cart, if the order is not completed, the system will lock the subscription package for the next 24 hours – both online and for Customer Service agents. Only when that time has passed will you (or our CS agents) be able to access your subscription again.

How to Renew Online

  1. Click this link and log in to your VSO account

  3. If you are satisfied with your order and ready to make a purchase, click Add to Cart
  4. Choose your delivery method
  5. Complete transaction
  6. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after the purchase is complete
