We have accessible seating available on the orchestra and balcony levels.
Accessible seating can be booked over the phone with one of our box office agents at 604-876-3434 during box office hours, Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and on Saturday from 1pm to 5pm. Due to limited availability, we have a maximum booking policy of 1 person with accessibility needs and 1 attendant or companion. All additional seats can be booked in sections nearby subject to availability.
Accessible seats on Orchestra Left has level access, no ramp or stairs are present. Accessible seats on Orchestra Right can be accessed by ramp to the auditorium entrance doors.
Accessible seats on the balcony level can be accessed via the elevator from the lobby, located by the concession.
Mobility Devices, Walkers, Canes and Oxygen Tanks:
Customers using mobility devices such as a wheelchair or scooter will need to be seated in the accessible seating areas. If they are seated with a companion, a movable chair can be placed beside them through request to an usher.
For customers using oxygen tanks within a small handheld unit, general seating can be used. If it is a wheeled tank, the customer will need to be seated in the accessible seating area.
Customers using walkers or canes can be seated in general seating areas or accessible seating areas as per their preference. If the customer is in accessible seating, a movable chair can be placed beside them through request to an usher. The walker or cane will be removed and kept at the doors nearby by an usher.
If the customer is in general seating, they will need to be capable of exiting the row on their own during an emergency.
People accompanied by Guide dogs and Service dogs will need to be seated in one of the accessible areas to accommodate for the extra space. For service animals there is a formal certification required. Information on receiving this certification can be found on the BC government website linked below.

People with mobility requirements can be dropped off in the fire lane at the front entrance to the building.
There are also 22 accessible parking stalls available in the parking lot.
A limited number of hearing devices are available at the theatre concessions for no cost.
Unfortunately, no visual aids are available at this venue.
Wheelchair accessible washrooms are on the main level as well as the balcony level.
On the main level, there is one stall in the men’s washroom, one stall in the women’s washroom, and one All-Gender accessible washroom by the South East end of the lobby.
On the balcony level, there is one stall in the men’s washroom, one stall in the women’s washroom.
Accessible washrooms on the balcony level can be accessed via the elevator from the lobby, located by the concession.
