There is a limited area in the back of the auditorium where pews have been removed or shortened to allow for space to accommodate mobility devices such as scooters and wheelchairs. You will need to call the VSO Box Office at 604-876-3434 to check for up to date accessible seating availability. Box office phone hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 6pm and Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm.

To access this area, due to the nature of general admission venues, you will be required to arrive early and indicate to a staff member that accessibility seating is needed.

Customers using canes, walkers or oxygen tanks can be seated anywhere, though you will be required to arrive early to access an aisle seat due to the seating being general admission.

People accompanied by Guide dogs and Service dogs can be seated wherever they find suitable, though we recommend arriving early to access and aisle seat to accommodate for the extra space needed.

6 accessible parking stalls are available throughout the parking lot in the area closest to the doors.

Unfortunately, there are no hearing devices or visual aids available at this venue.

Wheelchair accessible washrooms are on the main level and are located near the gym.

For accessible drop off and entry, we recommend the 56th Street Entrance (straight entrance in) or the zone near the courtyard which has ramps from the courtyard into the church foyer.
