People accompanied by Guide dogs and Service dogs will need to be seated in one of the accessible areas or at the end of a row if they are seated on an aisle to accommodate for the extra space, subject to availability.

The best location to enter the building for accessible patrons would be the front door, as the elevator to the front rows, as well as the accessible seating booth, are easiest to access from there.
There is a very limited number of hearing devices available for use at no cost for customers. The hearing aid is a Listen Technology branded device which operates at 216MHz and can be issued with a lanyard that can generate a field capable of interacting with telecoil equipped devices.
To reserve this hearing device, please make an advanced request through the Centennial Theatre box office. Their contact information will be linked below.
Unfortunately, no visual aids are currently available through the Centennial Theatre.
There are accessible washrooms located directly to the left of the front doors, immediately around the corner in the upper lobby. In addition, there are larger, lockable, gender-neutral bathrooms accessible either by stairs nearby the front entrance, or via an elevator also located near the front entrance.
The best location for drop off would be located near the top of the driveway / ramp on the Southeast side of the building. From there, patrons have an accessible pathway to the Lonsdale side of the building, where the front doors are located.
